Eri Hawkins is a puppetry and stop motion animator and fabricator based in Hollywood, California. After graduating from the UCLA Animation Workshop in 2007, she went on to assist the producers of the Freestyle Picture Company for three years. She focuses primarily on facilitating the storytelling process through animation, visual design and rigging. She is also frequently active in the Los Angeles independent art gallery scene, with stop motion and puppetry-based art installations under her belt at L*Keg, Echo Curio, and Home Room Gallery. Her films have been featured at the Museum of Photographic Art in San Diego, and she has also been interviewed on National Public Radio.
